Various good habits have been helpful – morning pages, therapy, meditation, but what they’ve all had in common is that I’ve disciplined myself to ‘turn up’ whether or not I’ve wanted to turn up.
My good habits have only ‘bedded down’ when I’ve repeated them daily for a month or two, so I’m going to set you all a challenge of picking up a new habit by repeating it 100 times
